My mom and I were walking every day for over two months. Then we had a few things here and that and had to miss some days, and now it's more sporadic. We decided we're going to start back on it seriously this week. We both feel so much better when we walk 30 minutes every day. I sleep better, eat better, feel better. It's a fantastic way to exercise!
